EL GORU ORGANIC MONASTRELL 2017 DOP Jumilla
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer EGO BODEGAS
Extremely deep intense purple colour. Complex, spicy, sandalwood-driven nose with lots of baked, ripe plum fruit. Fairly dry, medium bodied, well structured, fairly dense, very spicy, baked plum flavours with a lingering, somewhat off-dry, extremely high acid finish. Ironically, this organic Monastrell comes in an extremely heavy environment-unfriendly bottle. Has 14% alcohol and 8 g/L residual sugar with lot number L019051 on the lower part of the glass bottle.
