The 2016 last appeared in Vintages (**/**+) on June 9, 2018 at $19.95 and was an Explorer Selection. Here is my previous note: Bright extremely pale straw colour. Very spicy, faintly honeyed, mineral-tinged, ripe apple nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, very spicy, bright, fresh ripe lemon-melon-apple puree flavours with a lingering, high acid, mineral-tinged finish. This blend of 33% Semillon, 33% Torrontés and 34% Sauvignon Blanc has 12% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. |
