Medium deep purple red colour. Spicy, complex, cedar-tinged, ripe, baked plum cherry apple purée nose. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, very spicy, tangy, maturing, warm, plummy cherry purée flavours with a lingering, gently toasty, fairly high acid finish. Has 12.8% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number L18351 on the back label. New and not previously rated. CSPC 668749
