|Vintage Assessments Tasting Note
|One of 89 items (64% of 139 releases) not presented for evaluation under new LCBO policies. Last appeared in Vintages (**/**+) on November 10, 2018 at $19.95 and was Recommended. Here is my previous note: Bright very light pink colour. Attractive, slightly spicy, gently honeyed, fresh, ripe red apple-plum nose. Slightly off-dry, medium-light bodied, spicy, tangy, ripe plum-strawberry-apple flavours with a lingering, very crisp finish with good effervescence. Ready-to-drink. This 100% Pinot Noir has 12.5% alcohol and 14 g/L residual sugar. It is made in the classic Champagne method.

|A Gold Medal winner at the 2018 Palmares du Concours Général Agricole competition, this wine is made in a consistent style year after year. TASTING NOTE: This possesses uncommon subtlety and finesse, showing delicate strawberry aromas and a fine silken texture. The wine's creaminess is held firmly in place by prominent acidity. Score - 90 (wineandspiritsmagazine.com, Dec. 2009)
