Very bright medium straw colour. Very pleasant, slightly schisty, ripe lemon-apple-melon purée nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, rounded, ripe, apple-melon-lemon flavours with a tangy, slightly spicy, mineral-tinged, oak-free, very faintly spritzy finish. Yes, this is a friendly GV and you should try it with seafood. Has 12..5% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number LN12038/17 L1/17 on the back label. Screwcap closure. |

TASTING NOTE: Generous yet bone-dry, featuring white peach, apple, lemon and elderflower aromas and flavors. Firm, with a finish that verges on austere, yet remains long, picking up a mineral edge. Drink now through 2024. Score - 91 (Bruce Sanderson, winespectator.com, Sept. 30, 2018) |
