Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer LA MASCOTA
Bright light salmon pink colour. Spicy, initially very slightly reductive, chalky, plum-apple nose. Very dry, medium to medium-light bodied, somewhat spicy, tangy, fresh apple-plum-lemon flavours with a crisp, effervescent finish. This 100% Pinot Noir has 11.5% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number M19137 on the back label. Has not appeared in Vintages before. CSPC 11806
