Dry, medium bodied, bright, slightly spicy, tangy, fresh, ripe apple-lemon-melon flavours with a crisp, toasty, high acid finish. TASTING NOTE: From one of the most popular producers of Argentine wine comes this delightfully unusual blend of Chardonnay and Viognier. Ripe apple and pear notes are joined by vivacious peachy tones and bright acidity, all in beautiful balance. This would be great with pork-belly tacos or grilled halibut.
