LCBO Note Status
'Natural Cask Strength' means it is not cut with water. In this case it is 58% alc./vol. Cask Strength products are designed to allow you to add the water thus letting you determine how strong you want the drink. We recommend using spring or bottled water, but not mineral water. Tasting note: Colour: pale amber. Nose: sea-salt, peat, intense dryness, sherry. Body: full, round, syrupy. Palate: dry, smoky, peaty, salty. Finish: salty, dry, smoky, with a roaring crescendo. Complex and immense. (Michael Jackson, Malt Whisky Companion, 4th Edition, 1999) Price $ 95.90
Bottle Size 700 mL
