Assessed from a bottle purchased at the LCBO. Very deep intense purple colour. Spicy, intense, youthful, fruity, intense, ripe, plum-cherry-cassis-raspberry nose with some cedar-sandalwood notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, dense, slightly spicy, intense, youthful, plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, high-acid, somewhat cedary finish. This co-fermented blend of 78% Malbec and 22% Cabernet Sauvignon has 14.3% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number 19270 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Try with a rib steak. The recommended 2014 (**+) was released on January 5, 2019 at $24.95. CSPC 629972
