| TASTING NOTE: Winemaker Leonardo Quercettie goes to the extremes of the Uco Valley for this wine, to the cold El Cepillo zone toward the southern end of the appellation. He uses grapes from a 55-year-old pergola to make this little delight full of red fruit, tension, and acidity.
