| TASTING NOTE: A succulent chardonnay with a very smooth and creamy texture and tones of ripe white fruits and the flavors of lightly toasted oak and a sense of breadth behind them. Ideal for grilled salmon or the famous trout from the Mendoza River, this chardonnay comes from the Altamira zone, about 1,200 meters up in the Uco Valley. 65% of the wine was fermented in stainless steel, and the rest spent a year in new oak barrels.
