| TASTING NOTE: This blend is 60% malbec and 40% pinot noir. The malbec was harvested very early, almost as if for a sparkling wine, while the pinot noir was harvested ripe. The light color of this rosé is solely due to the brief contact that the juice had with the skins while the grapes were being pressed. With no oak aging, this is a serious rosé with a tannic force, firm acidity, tart red fruits, and a lot of tension. A serious rosé to accompany seafood gratin or a seafood paella.
