VINO NATURAL ANCESTRAL BONARDA 2020 Mendoza
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer LA MARCHIGIANA
NEW in Vintages. And yet another new brand from Catena, this “natural” Bonarda is well-made, harmonious, fresh and fruity. It has a fairly deep intense purple colour with a faintly herbal, appealing, slightly spicy, ripe, plummy, choke cherry nose. Dry, medium bodied, harmonious, spicy, ripe, plummy, red cherry fruit flavours and a lingering, lifted, gently complex, nicely structured, faintly medicinal, rounded, bricky-sandalwood finish. It has 13% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with lot number L-M502 / 3-31305 on the back label. Ready-to-drink and not inexpensive but worthy of a try. CSPC 24217
