| TASTING NOTE: A pioneering, mould-breaking white blend that seems to get better with every vintage, this is a cuvée of Semillón with 33% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Torrontés. Subtly wooded in new French oak, it combines flavours of lime, greengage, lemongrass and vanilla spice, with an undertone of flinty reduction. Drink date: 2022-2028.
