This 2019 Appellation Agrelo is one of the best value Cabernet Sauvignons to come out of Argentina. Over all it shows outstanding harmony and lovely ripe Damson plum flavours with a lingering bright finish. Very deep intense purple colour, the nose shows lovely, ripe, plum-cherry puree fruit with a touch of slightly spicy cassis and gentle cedar notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, harmonious, elegant, intense, ripe Damson plum flavours with a lingering, bright, cedar-tinged finish. It has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L21344 on the back label. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for 12 months in French oak (35% new). A crowd-pleasing, ready-to-drink, release highlight. The best buy 2018 (***) with 90-points was released on March 6, 2021 at $21.95. CSPC 484303
