TASTING NOTE: This is a combination of two zones, one in Perdriel, in Luján de Cuyo, and the other in Eugenio Bustos, in the Uco Valley. 40% of the wine was aged in used barrels, and the result is a cabernet with very firm tannins and pronounced acidity that seems to heighten the flavors of black fruits and herbs. A very varietal example. [Will evolve for another 3+ years.] Score - 91 (Patricio Tapia, guiadescorchados.cl, 2022) |
