This blend of 62% Sauvignon Blanc, 22% Semillon and 16% Sauvignon Gris has a medium light yellow colour. Complex, slightly cedary, very spicy, honeyed, baked grapefruit nose. Intense, dry, medium to medium-full bodied, mouthfilling, very spicy (Indian allspice with hints of cloves), ripe lemon flavours with a lingering, pineapple and baked grapefruit finish. This bright, refreshing, seafood-friendly wine is a blend of 62% Sauvignon Blanc, 16% Sauvignon Gris (a pink-skinned version of the Sauvignon Blanc) and 22% Sémillon. It is aged for seven months in oak to give a gentle toastiness to the passion fruit, cut grass and citrus tones. Perfect for grilled tiger prawns. Price $ 24.95
