Very deep intense purple colour. Complex albeit still rather shy, baked plum and dried red cherry nose with some vanilla stick notes. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, fairly extracty, dried plum, mocha and slightly bitter, stewed red cherry flavours with a very slightly earthy finish. Bigger/better than the 2002 released July 27, 2007 at $57.95. Still a bit closed - it is likely to evolve to *** status. CSPC 664128
