Established in 1994, Waitiri Creek is an 8 hectare, boutique-sized, family-owned vineyard. This hand-picked Pinot Noir has won several awards including Blue Gold at the Sydney International Wine Competition 2008. The judging panel for this prestigious competition tastes the wine with a specially prepared dish. TASTING NOTE: Some red cherry aromas and nice delicate florals. Quite a pretty nose. Pretty wine in fact. Fine cherry fruits on the palate and a touch of juiciness. That juicy acidity really came in handy with the duck.
