This 100% Greco Bianco has a medium light yellow colour. Slightly turpy, pepper-tinged, dried lemon nose. Very dry, crisp, medium-light bodied, very spicy, honeyed-beeswax and ripe lemon-apricot flavours with a lingering, unoaked, cooked apple finish. |

The 'Greco' in this wine is Greco Bianco, a grape variety known during the Roman period as 'aminea' ('without red'). With an intriguing nose displaying melon, honey and roses, it is medium-bodied with flavours of candied fruits and citrus. Try this unique white alongside honey-glazed chicken with thyme and oregano. |
