Made with the classic grapes used for Port – Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Franca – this wine is aged for four months in a 50/50 combination of French and American oak. The result is a forwardly fruity, yet expertly structured, wine. Age it 3-5 years, or try it tonight with grilled steak or stuffed veal tenderloin. |
