This small domaine takes every step to produce quality wines. In the vineyard, they only use natural ingredients. When perfectly ripe, the grapes are handpicked and then carefully sorted out to preserve the healthiest grapes. Aged in small oak barrels between 12 and 15 months, this Pinot Noir is elegant and silky with flavours of black fruit. Drink now with roasted duck breast or cellar for 3-7 years. |
