| This non-Vintages new ultra-premium Vodka was released in August 2013. Tasting Note: Clear and colourless; clean aroma with a touch of citrus, alcohol and mineral; round and pure with smooth citrus and spice notes into a clean, warm finish. Serving Suggestion: Best enjoyed chilled straight or in a Martini with truffle-scented olives. Each batch of Double Cross is seven-times distilled and seven-times filtered using estate-grown winter wheat and pure mountain spring water. Distillation is comprised of a seven-step, column-still
process resulting in an extremely clean and pure final distillate.
