| Deep amber colour. Attractive, very faintly sweet, bright, ripe plum purée nose with some vanilla-caramel notes. Dry, medium bodied, smooth, well-balanced, very bright, ripe plum purée flavours with lots of lingering, gently spicy, charming, warm caramel-vanilla finish. For me, it’s perfect on the rocks perhaps with a touch of lemon. It's the heart of The Dark'N Stormy recipe which sees the addition of Gosling's Ginger Beer. |

Serving Suggestion: Deep amber-mahogany colour; aromas of sweet fruit, molasses, nutmeg and all-spice with hints of ginger, vanilla, smoke and herbal; sweet, smooth with deep flavours of burnt sugar, ginger, anice and sweet spice; pleasant herbal/bitter note on finish helps temper the sweetness. |
