CABERNET FRANC ICEWINE 2004 VQA Niagara Peninsula
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer Henry of Pelham
Currently available in the LCBO. Thankfully, I received a sample from Henry of Pelham because the 200 ml bottle presented at the LCBO tasting was empty by the time got to it. Light reddish pink colour. Attractive, sweet, warmed, red candy apple nose with a touch of caramel. Quite delicious, fairly bright, somewhat light bodied, gently sweet, elegant, plummy, warm red apple purée flavours with a hint of smoky caramel on the finish. CSPC 672402
