| This wine was chosen as the Meridian Credit Union Wine of the Year at the Ontario Wine Awards 2005, the competition’s top honour. Tasting note: Wine Style: white, sweet, full-bodied. Appearance: old gold-bronze. Nose: honey, peach. Taste: thick, unctuous, rich and sweet toffee flavours; a little more acidity would make for better balance.
