Prugna Mandorlata is made by macerating plum and plum stone in a neutral spirit. The stone has a distinctive ‘almond’ aroma, thus you will smell and taste a delicious combination of plum and almond paste. Enjoy it chilled or as part of this cocktail. 1 oz (30 mL) Grand Marnier 1 tsp (5 mL) Prugna Mandorlata plum liqueur 1 tsp (5 mL) orange juice. Stir, then pour over ice in a cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of orange. |
