| Bright light yellow colour. Attractive, very fragrant, intense, slightly peppery, pungent, ripe lemon nose. Fine, gently sweet, harmonious, slightly smoky, ripe lemon meringue flavours with a toasty finish. The bottle tasted (#180 out of a total of 199) came from cask #2089. This is the first appearance of the ‘Limited Edition” which was distilled in December 1996 and bottled in November 2005 making it 9-years-old. |
