TASTING NOTE: The first cab franc icewine from Henry of Pelham catches the spirit of the genre with well defined redcurrant and strawberry jam fruit accented by peppery spice. It’s lighter weight icewine, with a soft, sweet mid-palate, then bolder finish of herbs and spices. Excellent length and focus. Score – 90. (David Lawrason, Wine Access, ‘First In Line E-Report’, Nov. 26 2005). VQA On Tour Price $ 39.65
