This Icewine Olympics gold medal winner (best of 2004 Riesling class) has a medium deep yellow colour. Rich, sweet, honeyed, baked apple nose. Tangy, bright, elegant, sweet but balanced, vibrant, gently viscous, ripe apple-lemon purée flavours with a lingering, tropical tinged finish. Try chilled with foie gras or with dessert. Residual sugar is 224 gr/l or 24%.
