Fairly deep amber colour. Slightly peppery, plum-prune nose. Quite dry, slightly spicy, prune, plum and date flavours with a slightly honeyed, smoky, peppery finish. Not rated as high as previous November 26, 2005 release. CSPC 904995

Small and mighty. Edradour is the tiniest distillery in Scotland. It is so small that it is only able to produce 12 cases a week, so any bottling available in our market is a relatively rare occurrence. A fascinating piece of history is also attached to the place. Supposedly, during the US Prohibition (1920-1933) years, the property was owned and operated (through smoke and mirrors) by the mafia. Michael Jackson describes the house style as “Spicy. Minty.
