Made similarly to grappa, this Marc is created by distilling the pressed Gewurztraminer skins from the Clos St-Landelin vineyard. It is then aged for several years in oak cask imparting a light amber colour. The essence of the Gewurz is retained resulting in a distinctive spirit that is a good reflection of its original aroma and flavour profile. An excellent spirit to warm the cockles of your heart on a cold winter’s evening. |
