Scotland’s hidden treasure. Recently named “Best Spirit in the World” by spirits expert F. Paul Pacult (Spirit Journal: The Independent Guide to Distilled Spirits, Wine and Beer, 2005), this is rich and spicy with Highland Park’s calling cards of peat, heather honey, and smokiness; as hearty, independent and traditional as the people who make it. Highland Park is the most northerly Scotch whisky distillery in the world. |
