This superbly crafted classic liqueur, made by combining Poire William Pear eau-de-vie with Cognac, scored 93 points in the Wine Enthusiast. With aromas and flavours of very fresh pears it makes a fantastic after-dinner drink or pair it with a chocolate dessert. |
