4 COPAS TEQUILA REPOSADO 100% de Agave, Handcraft Edition |
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |
Producer |
Tequilera La Quemada |
Light yellow colour. Pungent, fairly peppery, sappy, caramel tinged, herbal, agave nose. Peppery, very dry, crisp, firm (not soft), rather alcoholic, agave flavours. A repeat of the June 25t, 2005 release and not a detour at the price. |

Tasting Note: Attention to detail sets 4 Copas above an increasingly crowded field, whether it's its strikingly illustrated bottles or the meticulously crafted liquid inside. The Reposado's peppery nose and easy-drinking softness make it closer to a single malt scotch than a tequila, though there's still that subdued agave flavour. (Toro, Summer 2006) |
