RIESLING ICEWINE 2004 VQA Niagara Peninsula
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer Willow Heights
Pale yellow colour. Sweet, spicy baked apple nose smells great. Spicy, sweet, spritzy, apple pie flavours. Both lab samples were just a tad cloudy and appear to be undergoing some secondary fermentation in the bottle resulting in effervescence. CSPC 27573
