The winery uses the co-operative model with 19 of the region's best growers supplying prime fruit to winemaker Sue-Anne Staff. Collectively they are known as the “20 Bees”. This rich yet well-balanced Icewine is packed with peach, fig, apricot and toffee characteristics and would make a delicious finish to a fine meal. |
