Aged in Limousin oak this German brandy has a yellow tinged, medium-light amber colour. Very slightly spicy, caramel-tinged nose with honeyed ripe plum notes. Well balanced, just gently sweet, rather spicy, caramel-plum flavours. |

Recommended by Vintage Assessments! |
For generations in Europe, Asbach Uralt has been favourably compared to many fine Cognacs. It is not only enjoyed in snifters, it is also used to make truffles. If you are in the mood to match it to something, try it with dark chocolate and fresh black cherries. |
