ZWETSCHGE ‘Reiche Ernte’, Austria |
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |
Producer |
Echter Nordhäuser |
Clear colour. Sweet maraschino cherry nose. Sweet, rounded, spicy, dried red cherry-plum flavours. The Vintages Catalogue tells us that this is an eau-de-vie made from prune plums but actually consists of 40% grain spirits (thereby explaining the price) and is labeled as an eau de vie de cereales. |
