Light amber orange colour. Extremely spicy, herbal, sweet caramel nose with airplane glue notes. Extremely intense, very peppery, gently sweet, caramel flavours. With so much alcohol (160 proof), it seems like it evaporates as you drink it. The sweet, spicy, preferred Stroh 54 Spiced Rum (433094) $29.95 released November 24, 2007 is still available. Deep ambering orange colour. Very intense, sweet, pungent, spicy, ginger-caramel nose. Intense, sweet, somewhat peppery, rather alcoholic (54%), pungent, caramel-gingerbread flavours that go on and on.
