| Extremely deep intense purple colour. Intense, spicy, juicy, black cherry puree nose with some cedary, notes. Dry, fairly well structured medium bodied, quite juicy, plummy, ripe, black cherry flavours with a lingering, tangy, finish. Better that the 2007 (*+) released on March 28, 2009 at $13.95. |

| TASTING NOTE: This red has a wonderful dark, blackish purple colour. The nose shows ripe black fruits, black peppery spice and floral notes. The palate is full yet soft and supple, with black raspberry and currant flavors with notes of sweet spice and a touch of leather. The finish is long with soft, sweet tannins. Great value. Score Ð 89. (Bruce Stephen, North Shore Outlook (B.C.), June 10, 2009) |
