| Akvavit is the famed Scandinavian flavoured spirit. It’s typically distilled from potatoes or a grain spirit and flavoured with caraway, citrus peel or herbs. Jubilaeums’ unusual ingredient is a hint of dill. Enjoy after a hearty meal as a digestif. Serve this chilled, even iced, to go with pickled herring, smoked salmon, capers and onions. |
