| SINGLE VINEYARD MALBEC 2006 Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza |
| Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |
Producer |
LUIGI BOSCA |
| Extremely deep intense purple colour. Slightly spicy, ripe, plummy-cherry nose with some cedar notes. Dry, quite well structured, medium to medium-full bodied, plummy, baked cherry flavours with a lingering cedary finish. Steak time. Better than the 2004 (*+/**) released on June 7, 2008 at $17.95. |

| TASTING NOTE: The 2006 Malbec Single Vineyard spent 14 months in French oak. It is purple-colored with an expressive bouquet of black cherry, mineral, and spice box. On the palate it is both mouth-coating and elegant with plenty of sweet fruit, excellent depth, and a long, pure finish. Luigi Bosca is one of Argentina's quality leaders. Score 91.
