CENTURY RESERVE 21 YEAR OLD CANADIAN WHISKY Alberta |
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |

Light gold colour. Slightly sweet, very spicy, coconut-cinnamon bun nose with lots of caramel notes. Intense, harmonious, slightly sweet, honeyed, ripe, plummy flavours with a lingering, cedary, coconut finish. This has previously appeared three times in Vintages (under cspc 541912) and always with the same January 2004 tasting note from Patricia Noonan whose features appear on our website. |

Century Distiller aims to make each distillation identical year after year. TASTING NOTE: … Really smooth and elegant, with the oak age giving it more pull to take the sweet edge off the grain. When I see the prices for cognac and single malts, and then a price like this for an aged spirit, I’m glad we have other options to explore. Score: 90 (Patricia Noonan, Wine Access ’First In Line e-Report’, Jan. 2004) |
