This intriguing sparkling version from the Icewine masters at Inniskillin displays all the virtues of their still Icewines, but the CO2 bubbles seem to have the effect of adding a touch of intriguing dryness to this generally very sweet wine. As a result, it is an excellent partner for p‚tÈ, or great for sipping after a Thanksgiving meal. |
