A Vintage Assessments Explorer's Selection! |
Nonino is synonymous with the absolute pinnacle of quality grappa production. They were the first to distill pomace and fresh fruit just at harvest time, and amongst the first to distill strictly from fresh juice, and not just the pomace. It is this technique that allows this Moscato spirit (Muscat, to the French) to retain much of the aromatic richness for which the grape is known. Chilled, this would make a spectacular after-dinner digestif. |
