Poli distills Sassicaia must and matures the spirit in former Sassicaia barrels, creating a grappa that beautifully echoes the Super Tuscan classic. A perfect gift for Sassicaia’s many ardent admirers. Ideal for the true Sassicaia fanatic. It’s first distilled and then matured in the barrels used to age that iconic wine, picking up many of its nuances. |
