Medium light yellow colour. Intense, spicy, slightly sweet, grassy, honeyed nose with hints of pine and a touch of citrus. Dry, elegant, harmonious, spicy, honeyed, gently grassy flavours with a lingering, slightly sweetish finish. Made from the pomace of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes.
