This blend of 66% Grappa and 34% Comomile has a day-glo, lime-tinged, medium yellow colour. Intense, sweet, herbal, chamomile nose with some grassy, spicy, ripe pear notes. Intense, sweet, viscous, very spicy, medium to medium-full bodied, chamomile-green pear flavours with a lingering crisp finish.
