Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer DISTILLERIA SANTA TERESA MAROLO
This blend of 66% Grappa and 34% Comomile has a day-glo, lime-tinged, medium yellow colour. Intense, sweet, herbal, chamomile nose with some grassy, spicy, ripe pear notes. Intense, sweet, viscous, very spicy, medium to medium-full bodied, chamomile-green pear flavours with a lingering crisp finish. Created by infusing chamomile blossoms in Nebbiolo Grappa for 11 months. Marolo suggests serving it chilled or frozen. CSPC 211433

Paolo Marolo began producing Grappa in 1977, and has established himself as a producer of creative and elegant variations. The look of his Milla brand has been updated but is still created by infusing chamomile blossoms in Nebbiolo Grappa. Marolo suggests serving it chilled or frozen. Price $ 62.95
