| Palagetto’s property is located just outside the town of San Gimignano, but they have vineyards in Brunello di Montalcino also. They distill the pomace, skins and some juice from the production of their Brunello wines to make this fine grappa. Enjoy it, chilled, out of small traditional grappa glasses as a digestif after a fine meal. |
