| Our panel’s tasting note: Deep golden brown colour. Incredibly luscious and thick with aromas of apricot/peach, honey, touch of masala spice and quince jam. Though it is a full-bore sweet Icewine, it has a very good acid base to keep it balanced and allow it to age 4+ years. Full-bodied, long finish. Very fine. (Nov. 15, 2000) |
